ANALISIS WACANA KRITIS PIDATO MAS MENTERI NADIEM ANWAR MAKARIM DALAM AKUN YOUTUBE KEMENDIKBUD RI PADA OKTOBER 2019-FEBRUARI 2020

Speech discourse is understood as something that is expressed consciously, controlled, not something that is out of control or out of awareness. This is in the production of the minister's speech text. Therefore, critical discourse analysis is needed to understand the discourse of speeches delivered by communicators and trace the practice of text production in Mas Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim's speech discourse on the KEMENDIKBUD RI youtube account. Based on this, the purpose of the research is to describe the theme, scheme, and micro structure of Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim's speech in the KEMENDIKBUD RI youtube account in October 2019-February 2020. The approach used in this research is the critical discourse analysis approach of the Teun Van Dijk model. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative. The source of data in this study is the discourse of Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim's speech, which was transcribed from October 2019-February 2020 in the KEMENDIKBUD RI youtube account. The data in this study are sentences in speech that lead to themes, schemes, and microstructure of critical discourse analysis. The data collection technique used the note-taking method. The research results obtained in the form of themes contained in the speech of Mas Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim refers more to educational discursive about structural authority, a coercive leadership perspective, and a cultural perspective of thinking. The scheme in Mas Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim's speech is to have a coherent scheme starting from introduction, content, and closing. The micro structure in Mas Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim's speech, namely in the form of time setting and detailed information put forward to ensure the topic conveyed to the communicants. The sentence form element that is highlighted is using the imperative sentence of requests and expectations. The pronoun used refers more to the word "we" as a form of mutual cooperation or mutual cooperation as a form of an advanced cabinet. The lexicon used is the use of formal English words as a characteristic of the communicator. The use of rhetoric is more directed at graphics that are used as a form of affirmation on the topic being put forward. This shows that Mas Minister Nadiem Anwar Makarim shows the image of a leader who is initiative, democratic, and goal-oriented, so that this can influence the mindset of the people who can later realize the policies made
