Children are the future of the nation and religion. If we or the nation want to have a better future, then the main key is that children who will clearly become our successor or the nation. Indonesia with various kinds of problems that exist, all of which are so complex and form a link that is connected and cannot be broken, thus leaving a tragic story about the fate of the nation's children. The existence of a child in our environment really needs attention, especially regarding their behavior. In the development towards adulthood, sometimes a child does something out of control, he does bad deeds. It does not rule out the possibility that children can commit various deviations which can lead to criminal acts. When a child is faced with the law, he or she faces public power that has the authority in the form of forced efforts to limit and even take away a number of children's rights in order to maintain public order. One of the cases of juvenile crime occurred in Kabanjahe, North Sumatra. The murder committed by a child who is still 15 (fifteen) years old of course violates the positive law in force in Indonesia.
