PENGARUH KEPUTUSAN INVESTASI DAN KEPUTUSAN PENDANAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN DENGAN KEPEMILIKAN INSTITUSIONAL SEBAGAI VARIABEL PEMODERASI

This study aims to analyze the effect of investment decisions and funding decisions on company value with institutional ownership as moderating variable. The sample in this study amounted to 77 samples with purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression analysis technique which is processed using Eviews 10 software. The results show that funding decisions has an effect on company value, while investment decisions has no effect on company value, and institutional ownership can moderate the relationship between funding decisions and company value
