ABSTRACT Goals: The objectives of the study were to investigate the practices for capturing, sharing, and generating knowledge practiced by doctors and to explore the purposes of managing knowledge among doctors. Methodology: The nature of this study is quantitative. Survey research method was based on a self-administered questionnaire. The target population of this study is all senior and junior doctors whose are currently working in different department of services hospital Lahore. The simple random sample technique was used to select the participants from the whole population.
