Métodos de Educación Física y su efectividad en el desarrollo de la fuerza en escolares

This investigative work has as tittle "Physical Education Methods and their effectiveness in the development of strength in schoolchildren" It was prepared with the objective of be known the different methods that teachers can use for the “Physical Education” classes in the development of strength in the school level, It’s being an important capacity within the curricular mesh in the formation of the student body allowing to improve motor development, It was done through an investigation of different bibliographic sources using the non-experimental, descriptive, cross-sectional methodology, with an approach quantitative that served to analyze and determine the different statistical data, I was applied a digital survey to 87 teachers from the “Physical Education” Area of the city of “Cuenca”. As a result of the it, I was observed that teachers use the game and self-loading method, for which a guide is proposed that describes the methods together with the activities and exercises that help teachers in planning to teach a better class.El presente trabajo investigativo se elaboró con el objetivo de conocer los diferentes métodos que los docentes utilizan en las clases de Educación Física para el desarrollo de la fuerza en el nivel escolar, siendo una capacidad importante dentro de la malla curricular en la formación del estudiantado permitiendo mejorar el desarrollo motor, se realizó mediante una investigación de diferentes fuentes bibliográficas utilizando la metodología no experimental, de tipo descriptivo, de corte transversal, con un enfoque cuantitativo, que sirvió para analizar y determinar los diferentes datos estadísticos, se aplicó una encuesta de manera digital a 87 docentes del área de Educación Física de la ciudad de Cuenca. Como resultado del estudio se observó que los profesores utilizan el método de juego y autocargas, para lo cual se propone una guía que describe los métodos junto con las actividades y ejercicios que ayuden a los docentes en las planificaciones de clase
