There is a need within the practicing management community for research presented to them in complete system form. While much of the research available on work/process teams is focused on narrowly defined subsystem topics, the resulting research requires the practicing manager to merge all subsystems into a higher level system to be able to implement it. This requires a significant time investment by the manager to insure that all information is merged correctly for intended results. Compilation of leadership factors and resulting team factors was reviewed within the thesis to merge these subsystems into a complete and concise system.
