In this study, the need for management education was explored in relationship to the current education being offered to management employees of an airline maintenance organization. The employees responding to the survey instrument were in overwhelming agreement as to the design and scope of their required educational format. As predicted, the management employees strongly adhered to the theorems postulated by psychologists and adult education theorists. The growing trends in education to a more consumer driven format and how management employees, their business organizations, and higher education share many commonalties were also explored.
