Effectiveness Of Systematic Interactive Multimedia\ud Instruction On Mastery Of Safety Knowledge\ud And Emergency Procedures

Kajian ini meninjau keberkesanan koswer instruksi multimedia bersistematik\ud dan interaktif bersama refleksi dan ulangkaji dalam meningkatkan penguasaan\ud pengetahuan keselamatan dan prosedur kecemasan dalam aspek Kecemasan\ud Terancang, Melawan Api, dan Bantuan Awal, serta kecekapan diri dalam kalangan\ud atendan penerbangan.\ud \ud This study investigated the effectiveness of a systematic interactive\ud multimedia instruction courseware with reflection and review in enhancing mastery\ud of safety knowledge and skills in the aspects of Planned Emergency, Fire Fighting\ud and First Aid, and self-efficacy among flight attendants. Eleven systematic interactive\ud multimedia lessons were developed following Gagne‘s (1985) hierarchy of learning\ud prescriptions and the steps of the Dick & Carey‘s (2001) instructional design model
