FAKTOR LINGKUNGAN DAN PERILAKU DENGAN KEJADIAN DEMAM BERDARAH DENGUE (DBD) DI DUSUN KAMPUNG BARU DESA MAGEPANDA WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS MAGEPANDA KABUPATEN SIKKA

ABSRACTBackground: Dengue fever is a contagious disease with a continuous incidence in developing countries.Although economic growth has been successful rapidly, control of this disease has not been achieved becausethere has been a cycle change from outbreaks to seasonal cases. The purpose of this study was to determinethe relationship between environmental factors and behavior with the incidence of dengue hemorrhagic fever(DHF) in the hamlet of the new village, the village of Magepanda, the working area of the MagepandaCommunity Health Center, Sikka district.Methods: The research design used was descriptive analytic with cross sectional design, with a total sample of90 respondents. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling.Results: The results of statistical tests with the chi square test p = 0.666 which means p> a (0.05) then H0 isrejected and Ha is accepted, so there is a relationship between behavioral factors and the incidence of DHF.The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between environmental factors and the incidence ofDHF and there is a relationship between behavioral factors and the incidence of DHFKeywords: environmental,behavior, DHF IncidenceABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Demam berdarah merupakan penyakit menular dengan kejadian terus menerus di negaraberkembang. Meskipun pertumbuhan ekonomi berhasil dengaan pesat tetapi pengendalian penyakit ini belumtercapai karena telah terjadi perubahan siklus dari wabah menjadi kasus musiman. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui hubungan faktor lingkungan dan perilaku dengan kejadian demam berdarah dengue (DBD) didusun kampung baru desa magepanda wilayah kerja puskesmas magepanda kabupaten sikka.Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional, denganjumlah sampel 90 responden. teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling.Hasil: Hasil uji statistik dengan uji chi square p=0,666 yang artinya p> a (0,05) maka H0 ditolak dan Haditerima, jadi ada hubungan antara faktor perilaku dengan kejadian DBD.Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini terdapat hubungan antara faktor lingkungan dan kejadian DBD dan terdapathubungan faktor perilaku dengan kejadian DBDKata kunci: lingkungan,perilaku, kejadian DB
