Urinary incontinence is one of the common conditions experienced by women all over the world. Although it is not considered a life-threatening situation, it could affect a woman’s physical, physiological, social, and reduce the quality of their life. Knowing about the disease and getting early treatment has a significant impact on improving the problem. Pelvic floor muscle training, known as conservative therapy, is the first-line treatment for women suffering from urinary incontinence. Therefore, this review aims to identify the understanding of pelvic floor muscle training among childbearing women.
