Employee turnover has become a great concern and sleepless night of human resource managers. Recently, many researches had been conducted to answer the question why employees wish to change their jobs. The majority of these studies are trying to find out what are the factors affecting their decisions. These kinds of studies are tapping at the behavioral aspect of turnover.
