The article considers one of the topical issues of children's gas troenterology — disturbance of the pancreas functioning, its possible reasons and clinical manifestations, as well as diagnostics and treatment issues. The article considers the requirements for enzymatic medications to efficiently correct the excretory insufficiency of the pancreas. The authors describe a high performance medication for this case, demonstrate its features.Key words: excretory insufficiency pancreas, treatment, enzymatic medications, children
