Comparison of transition between records of economic transactions of an individual entrepreneur in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

This bachelor thesis defines and compares an individual entrepreneur in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. This thesis aims to determine the transition between records of economic transactions in the Czech Republic and comparison with Slovakia. The first chapter defines the individual entrepreneur and the obligations to start a business. The other chapters are devoted to records of economic transactions which can employ in a given country and transitions between them. The last chapter shows examples of transits from tax evidence to double-entry bookkeeping of two fictitious entrepreneurs, where one operates in the Czech Republic and the other in Slovakia.Bakalářská práce se zabývá vymezením a porovnáním individuálního podnikatele v České republice a na Slovensku. Cílem této práce je analyzovat přechody mezi evidencemi hospodářské činnosti v obou státech a následně je porovnat. První část práce definuje individuálního podnikatele a jeho povinnosti, které musí splnit při zahájení své činnosti. Další části se věnují evidencím, které může podnikatel vést v daném státě, a postupům přechodů mezi nimi. V poslední kapitole jsou na příkladech znázorněny přechody z daňové evidence na podvojné účetnictví dvou fiktivních podnikatelů, kde jeden vykonává činnost v České republice a druhý na Slovensku
