The bachelor’s thesis focuses on the strategic analysis of the joint-stock company Baťa. This Czech company is well-known all over the world and specializes in production and sale of footwear and accessories. The thesis is divided into several parts in which individual analysis are discussed from theoretical and practical point of view.
