Resolution of a bankruptcy of the manufacturing company SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o.

My diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of a bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings in the company SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o. The main goal of this work is to evaluate the causes of the bankruptcy, to evaluate the economic meaning of the reorganization through the analysis. The work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part, where the theoretical part explains the main concepts of the Insolvency Act which was the base for the insolvency proceedings in case of the reorganization of SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o. In the practical part a selected company is analyzed where it first focuses on the analysis of the company before the bankruptcy followed by the evaluation for the meaningfulness of the reorganization. Furthermore the insolvency proceedings and the course of the reorganization are elaborated in detail which in the process turns into the bankruptcy. The consequences and design of measures to improve the success of reorganizations are derived from the insolvency process and analyzes. Information for the analysis of the insolvency process is primarily drawn from the available sources from the insolvency register as well as the company's financial statements and consultations with the crisis manager of SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o.Diplomová práce se zaobírá analýzou úpadku a insolvenčním řízením u podniku SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnotit příčiny úpadku, zhodnotit ekonomický smysl reorganizace prostřednictvím analýz. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část, kdy v teoretické části jsou vysvětleny hlavní pojmy z insolvenčního zákona, o který se opíralo insolvenční řízení i v případě reorganizace SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o. V praktické části je pak analyzována vybraná společnost, kdy se nejprve zaměřím na analýzu společnosti před úpadkem, následně z toho na vyhodnocení pro smysluplnost reorganizace. Dále je pak detailně zpracováno insolvenční řízení a průběh reorganizace, který se v průběhu přemění na konkurs. Z insolvenčního průběhu a analýz jsou vyvozeny důsledky a navržení opatření ke zlepšení úspěšnosti reorganizací. Informace pro analýzu insolvenčního průběhu jsou primárně čerpány z dostupných zdrojů z insolvenčního rejstříku, dále z finančních výkazů společnosti a také z konzultace s krizovým manažerem SKD Bojkovice, s.r.o
