The study conducted is to understand and unlock the problem of unplanned development in urban areas that are experiencing rapid development. Review of existing settlements is done in order to understand the real situation that will lead to improvement measures that are appropriate and viable exercise. Responsibility of local authorities should be clarified to ensure the appropriate role can be done to drive the development of more economical, organized, safe and viable.
