This report presents the results of measurements carried out at different types of manure processing plants, namely biological treatment, composting, drying, evaporation, membrane bioreactors, reverse osmosis and anaerobic digestion. The aim was to map the effects of these methods of manure processing on the prevention of pathogens, resistant bacteria and antibiotic residues in the process flows (intermediate and final products) and to indicate which manure processing techniques can contribute to limiting the introduction and spread of pathogens, resistant bacteria and antibiotic residues in the environment.
