Purpose: Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to test the hypothesis whether adipocytokines are associated with the risk factor cluster that characterizes the metabolic syndrome (MetS). Methods: Data from 134 nondiabetic subjects were analyzed using CFA.
