The data for this study was sourced from the Enterprise Survey Data on manufacturing firms in selected Africa countries. The main data source of this study is the World Bank's Enterprise Surveys Indicator Database, https://www.enterprisesurveys.org. We constructed a pooled cross-sectional data for 40 countries from 2010 to 2019 in Africa since there is no Panel Data Enterprise Surveys Indicator Database
