Background: No consensus exists on the appropriate timing of adjuvant radiotherapy administration after surgical excision of keloids. Objective: This study investigated the appropriate timing of adjuvant radiotherapy. Methods: A systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials and observational cohort studies were performed.
