Mengembangkan Literasi Peserta Didik Disleksia Melalui Metode Puzzle di Sekolah Dasar Inklusi

Dyslexia is a specific learning disability. The syndrome of dyslexia is now widely recognised as being a specific learning disability of neurological origin that does not imply low intelligence or poor educational potential, visual impairment, and which is independent of race and social background. It is characterized by difficulties with accurate and/or fluent word recognition and by poor spelling and decoding abilities. These difficulties typically result from a deficit in the phonological component of language that is often unexpected in relation to other cognitive abilities and the provision of effective classroom instruction. Secondary consequences may include problems in reading comprehension and reduced reading experience that can impede the growth of vocabulary and background knowledge. Literacy for dislexcya must be developed even though they have dificulty in reading and writing. Puzzle is one of the alternative methods can be used to develop literacy skills for dyslexia’s student. Kata kunci: literacy, dyslexia, puzzl
