King Lear is a tragic drama written by William Shakespeare. This play is full off problems which produce meaning. This drama does not only contain cruelty, envy, slenderness and obscenity but also faithfulness, love, sacrifice and sublimity spirit. The problems of meaning in this play can be understood by analyzing them through Derrida's deconstruction. Logocentrism, fonocentrism, binary- opposition, and trace can be found in deconstruction.
