Unexplained Chronic Fatigue (CF) is of unknown aetiology, but research suggests a multifactorial nature in which biological/physical, psychological and social fators interact. Treatment approaches for CF target mainly perpetuating factors of fatigue chronicity, such as lack of physical activity.
