This paper looks in-depth at the new strategies and tactics at the didactic level, in order to achieve learning progress, in order to contribute to the new generation's participation in the 'knowledge society'. The more specific effect of new ICT facilities is the catalytic one, not only in the continuous evolution of innovative teaching but also in the learning processes in traditional secondary education.
