ANALISIS PELAKSANAAN BUDAYA MUTU DI SDI AL-AZHAR 56 MALANG

The quality assurance system implemented by each basic education unit aims to ensure the fulfillment of standards in education units in a systemic and holistic manner so that a quality culture grows and develops. So that every school needs to develop a quality culture. The purpose of this research is to describe: (1) the quality culture in SDI Al-Azhar 56 Malang, (2) the implementation of the quality culture at SDI Al-Azhar 56 Malang (3) the efforts that have been made by the school towards the implementation of the quality culture. This research is a qualitative research. As a source of data. Principal, Deputy Head of Curriculum, Teachers and Staff at SDI Al-Azhar 56 Malang, this study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews, questionnaires, documentation and field notes. Analysis using Miles and Huberman's model. This research was conducted in od semester 2020/2021. The results showed (1) the quality culture in SDI Al-Azhar, namely adab which is in accordance with Islamic values, leadership based on kinship, high expectations for achievement, commitment, communication with parents of students, and efforts. (2) The implementation of the Quality Culture at SDI Al-Azhar has been carried out properly in accordance with the indicators of quality culture. (3) Efforts that have been made by schools are improving the quality of teachers and staff and collaborating with parents of students.
