Covid-19 has an impact on the world of education so that the application of online learning. Information Technology and Computers through the Learning Management System (LMS) can provide solutions in the world of education. A learning management system (LMS) is a website and mobile-based learning media. Of the many LMS used, there is no LMS that implements several criteria for learning standards and higher education standards (SN-Dikti). Learning standards and production standards are inadequate standards in learning activities because learning standards and production standards are used to measure learning activities. The method applied in this research is the Feature-Oriented Software Development (FOSD) method. FOSD is a method that can describe a software system with available features
