The Space Transportation System (STS) documents were reviewed to determine their applicability to the Aft Cargo Carrier (ACC). The ACC requirements were developed to assure that the appropriate STS requirements were met. Payload accommodations/interface was discussed. The configuration, structural details, and subsystems of the ACC design are described. Mission analysis, planning schedules, and cost are summarized
