Add to ORKGMaria del Pilar Serrano Pineda performed her Master of Music Recital in violin on April 2, 2021, at 6:00 pm in the Graham Hall of the University of Northern Iowa School of Music’s Russell Hall building. She was assisted by pianist Sean Botkin. The program selected included the Violin Concerto No.2, Op.22 by Henri Wieniawski, the Chaconne in G minor by Tomaso Antonio Vitali and the Chaconne from Violin Partita No.2 in D minor, BWV 1004 by Johann Sebastian Bach. These works were selected to represent a variety of musical genres and styles, and present a variety of complex technical and expressive challenges
