Education today operates much differently than in years past. With increased accessibility to and advancement in technology, it has become more popular in education. Since advanced technologies are being used in classrooms across the nation, it is important to understand the different affects technology has on education. In this paper the researchers investigated the perception students have on one-to-one devices. The various aspects studied include the effect devices have on students’ academics, engagement, and motivation.
