The research performed under NASA contract NAGW-727 falls into three major categories, i.e., dynamical modeling of the Martian polar warming phenomenon, studies of dust and water transport associated with a Martian polar warming, and studies of the possible effects of breaking gravity waves on the Martian atmospheric circulation.
