Populizmas Ukrainos politikų politinėje agitacijoje 2019 m. prezidento rinkimų metu ir jo įtaka ukrainiečių pasirinkimui

In recent years, the world scientific community is increasingly interested in the issue of populism in the world. In the political sphere, populism is spreading and affecting the wider masses. Populism is a product of communication between the government and the people. Populism - an ambiguous phenomenon of world politics, undoubtedly a trend in today's globalization, has in its arsenal a number of methods of manipulating the masses, based on appeals to citizens in the language of slogans. It is a game on the expectations of the people. It should be mentioned that populist statements are widely used in the rhetoric of Ukrainian politicians. This phenomenon has developed as a result of the systemic social crisis: the reorientation of values, instability in the economy, politics, social and other spheres of society. The consequence of such a crisis is the disorientation of the mass consciousness, the fragmentation, and radicalization of political sentiments and preferences. Under such conditions, populist methods are actively used in politics, and work very effectively. In this research, the election programs of the 2019 presidential candidates were analyzed, and based on the conclusions, it can be said that the strategy of populism in the election campaign is effective.Pastaraisiais metais pasaulio mokslininkai vis labiau domisi populizmo problema pasaulyje. Politinėje sferoje populizmas plinta paveikdamas plačiasias žmonių mases. Populizmas yra komunikacijos tarp vyriausybės ir žmonių produktas. Populizmas - dviprasmiškas pasaulio politikos reiškinys, neabejotinai šiandienos globalizacijos tendencija, savo arsenale turi daugybę manipuliavimo masėmis metodų, pagrįstų kreipimaisi į piliečius šūkių kalba. Tai žaidimas žmonių lūkesčiais. Reikėtų paminėti, kad Ukrainos politikų retorikoje populistiniai pareiškimai yra plačiai naudojami. Šis reiškinys išsivystė iš sisteminės socialinės krizės: vertybių perorientavimo, nestabilumo ekonomikoje, politikoje, socialinėse ir kitose visuomenės srityse. Tokios krizės pasekmės yra masinės sąmonės dezorientacija, politinių nuotaikų ir preferencijų susiskaidymas ir radikalėjimas. Tokiomis sąlygomis populistiniai metodai yra aktyviai naudojami politikoje ir veikia labai efektyviai. Šiame tyrime buvo analizuojamos 2019 metų kandidatų į prezidentus rinkimų programos ir remiantis išvadomis galima teigti, kad populizmo strategija rinkimų kampanijoje yra efektyvi.Politikos mokslų ir diplomatijos fakultetasViešosios komunikacijos katedr
