Considering the ethical and social injunctions, the training of health professionals has become a challenge especially crisis resource management. Interprofessional simulation (IPS) has become an essential tool in the training of healthcare professionals. However, the IPS promotes social asymmetry (fear of judgment, power conflicts, hierarchical roles) that disrupts the regulation of sociocognitive conflicts as the foundation of the learning process.
