The rural Lifestyle in Vietnam was born from a small, fragmented, outdated agricultural economy that existed for thousands of years. The lifestyle of small farmers still exists boldly, present in all strata of the population in Vietnam today. This lifestyle, in addition to its positive values, also has negative aspects, which greatly affect the establishment of the principles of living and working according to the law; is a major obstacle in building and perfecting the socialist rule-of-law state; building and developing an advanced culture imbued with national identity in Vietnam today.
