Misericordia’s Personal Effectiveness Program (PEP): Virtual Wellness

Misericordia offers care and services to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. Within Misericordia is their Personal Effectiveness Program (PEP), which helps their residents lead meaningful lives. PEP provides structured, person-centered programs. And despite the barriers posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, this community has thrived through their virtual programming. This presentation outlines the virtual projects that I created and facilitated during my year-long internship. Implemented projects include an adaptive photography club, health corner , and book club, all centered around wellness.
