The present research focuses on analyzing and establishing the relationship between management styles and performance improvement in work teams or not, it is carried out base don a case study develop at the company Nexia Montes & Asociados S.A.S. The approach is carried out throught two research instruments, both surveys, whis assess the perceptions at two different times of both employees and leaders, merging the results to analyze wheter or not there was a relationship between the variables. The research instruments presented high levels of reliability (management styles 0.914 and performance improvement 0.765) generating a high degree of confidence, which generated a peace of mind given that the result obtained was contrary to what was o...
