This dissertation points out the factors that explain the fragmentation of the FARC party in their new era of political life without guns, based on the framework developed by Albert Hirschman in relation to the mechanisms of exit, voice and loyalty which are activated in organizational processes. In this way, starting from the analysis of changes and internal adjustments of the FARC in its transition towards a legal political party, it is highlighted the problems of collective action that the organization faced, where some members began to express their disagreements with the leadership and the path taken by the organization.
