Diseño de un material de enseñanza con coherencia intracurricular sobre el proceso de la nutrición humana

This research work aims to design a teaching material with intracurricular coherence from the formulation of specific domain theories on the process of human nutrition, for the last level of elementary school. In this way, it is intended to overcome some teaching and learning difficulties related to the fragmentation of knowledge and the lack of curricular coherence. To achieve this objective, a theoretical framework was developed that guided the alignment of design elements and allowed guiding the construction and design of innovative learning environments with curricular coherence towards a comprehensive and articulated understanding of the process of human nutrition. From these theoretical references, a qualitative methodology informed by the content analysis of different documentary references was taken into account through the Content Representation (CoRe) methodological instrument. Finally, through this instrument, the curricular and methodological decisions were made to obtain as a result the formulation of a set of specific domain theories and, based on these theories, build a teaching material with curricular coherence on the process of human nutrition. for the fifth grade of primary. This TIC-powered teaching material is in a digital format that contains an interface or platform, the student's booklet, the support material and the CoRe. The conclusions of this research allow us to recognize the importance of overcoming the lack of coherence and the fragmentation of knowledge in the design of learning environments.Este trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo diseñar un material de enseñanza con coherencia intracurricular a partir de la formulación de teorías de dominio específico sobre el proceso de nutrición humana, para el último nivel de la básica primaria. De esta manera, se pretende superar algunas dificultades de enseñanza y aprendizaje relacionadas con la fragmentación de saberes y la falta de coherencia curricular. Para lograr tal objetivo se desarrolló un marco teórico que orientó la alineación de los elementos de diseño y permitió guiar la construcción y el diseño de ambientes de aprendizaje innovadores con coherencia curricular hacia la comprensión integral y articulada del proceso de la nutrición humana. A partir de estos referentes teóricos, se tuvo en cuenta una metodología cualitativa informada por el análisis de contenido de diferentes referentes documentales a través del instrumento metodológico Representación del Contenido (CoRe). Finalmente, a través de este instrumento se tomaron las decisiones curriculares y metodológicas para obtener como resultado la formulación de un conjunto de teorías de dominio específico y, a partir de estas teorías construir un material de enseñanza con coherencia curricular sobre el proceso de la nutrición humana para el grado quinto de primaria. Este material de enseñanza potenciado por las TIC, se encuentra en un formato digital que contiene una interfaz o plataforma, la cartilla del estudiante, el material de apoyo y la CoRe. Las conclusiones de esta investigación permiten reconocer la importancia de superar la falta de coherencia y la fragmentación de saberes en el diseño de ambientes de aprendizaje.Maestrí
