Formation of a strategy to increase the innovation and investment attractiveness of the region

Prospects for the effective functioning of the region as an economic system are to some extent related to the possibilities of forming and implementing an appropriate strategy to increase its innovation and investment attractiveness. This is due to the fact that the external and internal conditions (factors) of the region are increasingly becoming dynamic (changing), in connection with which there is a need to develop several (different) options in which it would be possible to the first approximation to anticipate possible achievements and losses, advantages and threats to the functioning of the regional economic system, in particular, taking into account the attraction and use of innovation and investment resources. It is the strategy of increasing the innovation and investment attractiveness of the region that becomes a set of basic coordinates, guided by which it is possible to ensure the achievement of the main goal facing the region
