Context: Neurodynamic tension affects hamstring extensibility and stretch tolerance, and is considered important in hamstring injury management. Neurodynamic tension was postulated to affect segmental muscle extensibility and stretch tolerance, and potentially also demonstrate extra-segmental and contralateral effects.
