Flooding is frequently emerging events in the Upper Bekasi river basin and causes economic loss, property damage, loss of life, and even hinders sustainable development. Torrential rain is one of the natural hazards that often triggers flooding, especially in watersheds that have undergone land use changes. One of the mitigation efforts that can be carried out by the vicinity community, government, private enterprises and other stakeholders is by utilizing an early warning system.
