二次元的X線検出器を利用した新しい迅速残留応力測定法に関する研究

金沢大学理工研究域物質化学系This study was performed to examine the possibility of the X-ray stress measurement by analyzing whole Debye-Scherrer ring. An imaging plate (IP) was used for the detection of X-ray in order to obtain a high degree of accuracy and efficiency. Through the investigation on the Tanaka\u27s method, we proposed new equations for sigma_y and tau_. We also found that the Tanaka\u27s method involved an assumption that the angle eta was constant. So we proposed a new method for the determination of stresses from Debye-Scherrer ring without the above approximation on angle eta. For the experiment, a new system of processing image data, calculating stresses and back-reflection Laue camera for IP with a four-point-bending-device was manufactured. The stress applied mechanically with this device was compared to that from the present method. The result showed that it was possible to obtain the stress with the same accuracy as that by the sin^2psi method. The advantage of this method is that one can obtain all three components of the stress in plane stress state from one diffraction ring with single incidence of X-ray beam.本研究はX線回折によって得られるデバイシェラ-環の全周の情報を用いることによってX線応力測定を行う方法に関するものである.現在のX線応力測定方法であるsin^2Ψ法はデバイシェラ-環を数個測定しそれぞれの環の一部部分のみを用いて解析する方法である.そのため,セラミックス接合部の微小部測定では測定位置の精度が不十分であったり,X線照射時間を多く必要とし,測定機器も複雑な構造が必要であった.本研究の方法は,一個のデバイシェラ-環をイメージングプレートと称されるX線フィルムに替わる新しい二次元的X線検出器によって高感度に短時間で記録させ,これをコンピューター上で画像処理して残留応力解析ならびに材料の結晶状態を解析する方法である.本法には,測定が非常に迅速,微小部の測定に適している.X線照射時間が極めて短い,ゴニオメーターが単純か可能,などの特徴があり,X線応力測定法において革命的な方法となりうる可能性を秘めている.この背景にはX線検出のためにイメージングプレートが利用できるようになったという技術的進歩があるが,この技術は我が国の独自の技術の一つである.イメージングプレートのX線解析への応用は既にタンパクの構造解析用として使用されているが,材料強度評価やX線応力測定への適用は極めて少なく,海外には我々の知る限り見あたらない.本研究の結果,上述のような極めて可能性が高い方法である見通しが得られた.また,粗大結晶粒からなる材料の残留応力測定が可能となるなど従来法の適用範囲を拡大できることも判明した.研究課題/領域番号:08650099, 研究期間(年度):1996-1997出典：研究課題「二次元的X線検出器を利用した新しい迅速残留応力測定法に関する研究」課題番号08650099（KAKEN：科学研究費助成事業データベース（国立情報学研究所）） （https://kaken.nii.ac.jp/report/KAKENHI-PROJECT-08650099/086500991997kenkyu_seika_hokoku_gaiyo/）を加工して作
