In this direction design can encourage higher levels of daily physical activity for the over 65s in the use of these spaces and increase the possibility to have a healthy and nutritious diet. Design can be a catalyst for change, finding new links between products, environments and services in order to contribute to improve people health and life also in the presence of disabilities. Each of us can be stimulated to be more active through the way we use outdoor spaces, design layouts and make products available, taking full advantage of the opportunity to improve the quality of the experience of these places, eliminating barriers and creating situations that accommodate the most diverse needs
