Purpose: This article aims to diagnose the worldview and attitudes towards native culture, religion, and the Church as well as religiously motivated ethics. Design/Methodology/Approach: The research involved 368 young Poles entering the labour market. It was assumed that these attitudes depend on a degree of approval of the traditional, modern, and postmodern worldview. The authors used the Borowiak Questionnaire “How do you view yourself and the world around you?” and a tool for attitude diagnosis. Findings: The results of the research confirmed the construed hypothesis.
