43 Páginas : tablas.The present study estimated the psychometric properties of the Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire FFMQ in a Colombian sample, with two samples: general population (n=305) and clinical (n=90). The FFMQ is made up of 39 items that measure the general trend of Plena Attention based on five factors: Observation, Description, Acting with Conscience, Absence of Judgment and Absence of Reactivity. Appropriate levels of internal consistency were found (α= .867 and ω=.848). By dimensions coefficients α between .792 (Non-Reactivity) and .868 (Acting with awareness), which place them in ranges from acceptable to good. It presented significant moderate correlations (±r>0.315) with Mindfulness (MAAS), Experiential Avoidance (AAQ-II), Depression, Anxiety and Stress (DASS-21) and Self-perceived Health (GHQ-12), consistent with the theory. The FFMQ showed a good level of reliability and acceptable evidence of validity supported in the relationship with other constructs and in the structure of five factors that maintains coherence with the original version.El presente estudio estimó las propiedades psicométricas del Five Factor Mindfulness Questionnaire FFMQ en una muestra colombiana, con dos muestras: población general (n=305) y clínica (n=90). La FFMQ está compuesta por 39 ítems, miden la tendencia general de Atención Plena a partir de cinco factores: Observación, Descripción, Actuar con Conciencia, Ausencia de Juicio y Ausencia de Reactividad. Se encontró apropiados niveles de consistencia interna (α= .867 y ω=.848). Por dimensiones coeficientes α ente .792 (No Reactividad) y .868 (Actuar dándose cuenta), que los ubican en rangos de aceptables a buenos. Presentó correlaciones significativas moderadas (±r>0.315) con Mindfulness (MAAS), Evitación experiencial (AAQ-II), Depresión, Ansiedad y Estrés (DASS-21) y la Salud Autopercibida (GHQ-12), coherente con la teoría. La FFMQ mostró un buen nivel de confiablidad y evidencias aceptables de validez sustentadas en la relación con otros constructos y en la estructura de cinco factores que mantiene coherencia con la versión original.Magíster en Psicología ClínicaMaestrí
