Efecto del tratamiento breve de activación conductual en formato grupal (BATD-G) sobre la sintomatología depresiva en una muestra de militares privados de la libertad.

59 Páginas : tablas; figuras.The Brief Behavioral Activation Treatment for Depression (BATD-R) guides reinforcing activities to intervene depressive symptomatology. The objective was to establish the effect of BATD-G on a non-probabilistic sample of six military men deprived of freedom with depression. A single case study A-B with follow-up was used. The instruments were the Environmental Reward Observation Scale, the Behavioral Activation for Depression Scale, the Zung Scale for depression and the Daily Monitoring Formats. It was found that BATD-G was effective according to statistically significant differences between baseline and treatment, as well as the stability of the change in follow-up. The effect sizes were large according to the non-overlapping of all pairs in depressive, healthy and mood behaviors. It was concluded that the intervention was effective in group format for this population, and were consistent with the theories of behavioral activation.El Tratamiento Breve de Activación Conductual para Depresión (BATD-R) orienta actividades reforzantes para intervenir sintomatología depresiva. El objetivo fue establecer el efecto del BATD-G en una muestra no probabilística de seis hombres militares privados de la libertad con depresión. Se utilizó un estudio de caso único A-B con seguimiento. Los instrumentos fueron el Environmental Reward Observation Scale, el Behavioral Activation for Depression Scale, la Escala de Zung para depresión y los Formatos de monitoreo diario. Se encontró que el BATD-G fue efectivo según las diferencias estadísticamente significativas entre la línea de base y tratamiento, así como la estabilidad del cambio en el seguimiento. Los tamaños del efecto fueron grandes según el no solapamiento de todos los pares en las conductas depresivas, saludables y estado del ánimo.
