Ce travail présente deux nouvelles approches pour aider à la caractérisation de la topologie des milieux poreux en termes de distribution de tailles de pores. La première des méthodes proposées repose sur les propriétés rhéologiques des fluides à seuil (type Bingham, Casson....) s'écoulant à travers l'échantillon poreux. Par une simple mesure du débit total de fluide en fonction du gradient de pression imposé, il est possible de déterminer la distribution de tailles de pores moyennant une hypothèse sur leur forme. Dans notre approche, un modèle inspiré par Carman-Kozeny a été employé.
