This study investigated the effect of participation on social relations on residents’ satisfaction in multi-storey residential buildings in the Gaza Strip, Palestine, and highlighted the strength of the social relationships as a predictor of residents’ satisfaction among other factors. The data was obtained from 525 residents. Random sample size was chosen. A special questionnaire was designed to achieve the study objectives. The findings showed the following results: the level of residents’ participation in social relationships was lower than the level of residents’ satisfaction with the quality of these relations, there is a strong, positive correlation between residents’ participation and their satisfaction.
