In this article of optical anisotropies polymer thin films and nanofibers was investigated using the optical-polarization methods. The mechanical and optical anisotropy of thin-layer polymeric materials based on fibroin silk and cotton pulp is also explained on the basis of several parameters. Several models for upper bounds on the different types of anisotropies are developed and these are compared with results of experiment
