Abstract The research objectives of the Study of Education Service Innovation for PopulationAdministration and Civil Registration in the City of Surakarta are. Hasil penelitianpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan yang telah dilaksanakan DinasKependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kota Surakarta telah membawa keberhasilan yangbaik bagi capaian kinerja pelayanan dengan hasil yang baik, yaitu capaian perekamandata kependudukan, kartu identitas anak, pelayanan terpadu, mobil keliling,mendekatkan pada masyarakat dan mendukung kelengkapan bidang-bidang layananlainnya, seperti data kesehatan, pendidikan, sosial dan data pemilih untuk pemilihanumum dan pemilihan kepala daerah.
