Bromamine-B as a new oxidimetric titrant

Bromamine-B (I) was prepared and used as an oxidimetric titrant in direct potentiometric and visual end-point titrations and back-titration procedures. I was reduced to benzenesulfonamide. For 0.3847 mmol hydrazine sulfate taken, 0.3877 mmol was determined with a coefficient of variance of 0.15% for 4 replicates
